Best Buy is slashing prices on the entire line of Mac computers for its annual back-to-school sale. The sale is available to all customers while current college students can get an additional $100 discount by signing up online (via the link below). The special promotion only lasts through July 27 (that's next Saturday), so act now if you're in the market for a new computer.
Thanks to Best Buy's college student discount we're seeing the lowest MacBook Air prices ever. The new 11-inch 128GB model's price has been dropped to $949 for all customers with an additional $100 knocked off for students for just $849. Meanwhile, the 256GB 11-inch Air costs just $1,039.99 with the additional student discount. Meanwhile, the 13-inch MacBook Air costs as little as $944 with 128GB and just $1,134 for 256GB of flash storage.
If you're looking for a more heavy duty laptop, Best Buy is also offering discounts on the MacBook Pro with Retina Display, dropping the 13-inch model's price down to $1,299 and the 15-inch model to $1,944. Meanwhile, iMac prices have also been slashed by $100 across the board plus an additional $100 with your student email account.
